Rachael has 12 years’ real estate experience and has acted for a range of clients from private individuals and SMEs to major national retailers and corporates. Before joining the firm in 2014, Rachael spent 7 years at Browne Jacobson, as part of their retail team. Having previously held a number legal and compliance roles within the banking, investment and insurance sectors, Laura qualified as a corporate solicitor in 2014. She advises clients on a variety of transactions including disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments, as well as internal corporate matters such as share option schemes, shareholders’ agreements and reconstructions. Katie qualified as a solicitor in March 2016 having obtained a business management degree at Leeds University followed by completing her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She joined Austin Moore & Partners as a corporate solicitor in January 2017.
